Position Overview:
As a Product Owner at UniqCast, you’ll be at the heart of our development process, working closely with our dynamic development teams. Your primary focus will be on driving the development of cutting-edge video delivery products, ensuring they meet the needs of our global customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Collaboration: Engage directly with customers to gather and understand their requirements.
- Product Specification: Develop detailed product requirements and functional specifications.
- Team Communication: Clearly articulate requirements to developers and ensure the alignment of the team’s efforts.
- Quality Assurance: Verify the quality and functionality of developed software.
- Scrum Leadership: Act as a key player in our Scrum teams, guiding the development process according to Agile best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a strong focus on software products in the B2B sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in video streaming products is highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise: Solid technical background with the ability to understand and address complex technical challenges.
- Product Management: Deep understanding of product management and software development practices.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication abilities, with fluency in English.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in Scrum/Agile software development practices.
- Familiarity with IPTV/OTT video delivery concepts and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for sprint planning and documentation.
- Project management skills and experience with Google Workspace tools.
