The Importance of User Experience - Join UniqCast at IBC 2022 Content Everywhere Panel
Our preparations for the upcoming IBC2022 are in full swing! We are getting ready for meetings with our partners and clients and are very excited about it. Will you be visiting this year’s IBC?
If so, join our CMO, Marko Hiti, who will participate in a panel session that will explore the factors that make for a good user experience, where and how good UX is created, the importance of delivering a consistent experience across different screens, and how analytics solutions can shed insight on areas for improvement.
Marko will be sharing his thoughts on:
✔️ How can Pay TV Operators differentiate with UX & content discovery?
✔️ What makes a premium UX and how can it be achieved?
✔️ What are the next screens, and devices users will spend time with?
✔️ What will the future of entertainment look like?
User Experience is a key factor for broadcasters, pay-TV providers, content owners, telcos, and ISPs when it comes to getting new subscribers and reducing churn. Without a doubt, price of the service and content are the most important factors for the viewers when deciding for the video streaming service, but UX is closely following.
Marko Hiti will share insights into different UX trends and how they are influencing the technology choices of operators across various markets in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. Given the IPTV/OTT/DVB projects we are currently handling on 4 continents Marko will definitely have interesting insights on the topic.
The session will take place on Saturday, 10th of September at 10:30AM (CET). Mark your calendar and join us on the Content Everywhere stage (Hall 5) or check out the video of the panel discussion on the ‘IBC Digital’ online platform. Looking forward to meeting you in person.
If you want to know more how Premium UX can help you decrease churn or simply discuss further the importance of UX, feel free to book a meeting at our stand 5.D61.
In case you are not coming to the IBC, you can contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get right back to you with a suggested time slot.
