Aviso sobre cookies

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This notice explains cookies and similar technologies used on uniqcast.com and www.uniqcast.com. UniqCast, Vrbani 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, is responsible for the website. Contact us at info@uniqcast.com. Read this together with our Privacy Notice, available through the website footer.

What cookies and similar technologies do

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We also use browser local storage, tracking tags and embedded content. They help protect the website, remember privacy choices, measure visits and campaigns, support forms and display third-party content. First-party cookies are set on our domain; third-party cookies are set on a provider’s domain. A session cookie normally lasts for a browsing session, subject to your browser’s session-restoration settings. Persistent cookies expire after their configured lifetime or when you delete them.

Cookie identifiers, IP addresses, device information, pages visited, interactions and referral URLs can constitute personal data. Pseudonymous identifiers are not the same as anonymous data. When you submit a form, campaign and visitor identifiers may be associated with the contact details you provide.

Your choices

The cookie banner provides “Deny All”, “Accept All” and “Open Preferences”. The preference panel currently includes an analytics switch; essential cookies remain active. Use the cookie preferences control to reopen the panel and change your choice. If the control is unavailable, delete this site’s cookies and local storage in your browser, then reload the website to see the banner again. Deleting consent records resets your choice; it does not delete data already received by a provider.

Non-essential cookies and tracking require consent where applicable. Simply browsing the website does not constitute consent. The presence of a tag does not mean its cookies are set on every visit: consent, the page or feature used, provider configuration and browser restrictions affect what is stored. Advertising tags are configured in our tag manager, even though the current preference panel does not offer a separate advertising category. Browser controls can additionally block third-party cookies. We do not describe the current banner as a guarantee that every third-party integration is blocked.

Cookies and storage associated with the website

The list below distinguishes directly verified website configuration from cookies that an installed provider may set. Provider lifetimes are defaults, not a measurement of every visitor’s browser. Browsers can shorten them and providers may refresh them on later visits.

Essential security and preference storage

  • fs-cc — UniqCast / Finsweet; first-party preference cookie; records a consent identifier and the categories accepted or denied. The installed script uses a default lifetime of 180 days.
  • fs-cc-updated — UniqCast / Finsweet; first-party preference cookie; indicates that consent categories have been updated. The installed script uses the same configured consent lifetime, currently 180 days.
  • consentMode — UniqCast; local storage rather than a cookie. Website code reads this entry to restore Google consent settings when it exists. Local storage has no automatic expiry unless application code or browser controls remove it.
  • _cfuvid — Cloudflare / Webflow hosting; first-party security cookie observed in the website’s HTTP response. Helps distinguish visitors sharing an IP address for rate limiting. The response does not specify a persistent expiry, so it is a session cookie.
  • _GRECAPTCHA — Google reCAPTCHA; provider cookie used for risk analysis when reCAPTCHA executes. reCAPTCHA is installed to protect forms from spam and abuse. Its lifetime is controlled by Google and was not independently measured in this review. Google-hosted reCAPTCHA can also involve other Google cookies, depending on your browser and existing Google session.
  • HubSpot consent and security cookies may be set by its installed integration: __hs_opt_out and __hs_do_not_track (six months); __hs_initial_opt_in (seven days); __hs_cookie_cat_pref (six months). These remember privacy choices. HubSpot’s content delivery services may also set security cookies such as __cf_bm (30 minutes) and __cfuvid (session). Availability depends on the HubSpot feature and configuration.

Analytics and campaign attribution

  • _ga and _ga_<container-id> — Google Analytics 4; first-party analytics cookies for distinguishing browsers and maintaining session state. Google’s default lifetime is two years, subject to browser limits and property settings. Our installed tag uses measurement ID G-20CV73PZ6J; the corresponding session cookie may be named _ga_20CV73PZ6J. The previous notice’s _gat and _gid entries described older Analytics usage and are not presented as confirmed current GA4 cookies.
  • _clck and _clsk — Microsoft Clarity; first-party analytics identifiers that connect visits and page views for heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity is installed through both custom code and a Webflow integration. Microsoft’s implementation defines default lifetimes of 365 days for _clck and one day for _clsk; browser limits and provider changes can alter actual persistence. Clarity may also use provider-domain cookies such as CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM for recognition and synchronization; their use and lifetimes depend on the provider and browser.
  • __hstc and hubspotutk — HubSpot; first-party analytics cookies, normally six months. They record visits and a visitor identifier; hubspotutk can accompany form submissions and help associate visits with a contact.
  • __hssc — HubSpot; first-party session tracking cookie, normally 30 minutes.
  • __hssrc — HubSpot; first-party cookie that helps identify a new browser session; session lifetime.
  • utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign — UniqCast; first-party campaign attribution cookies configured for 30 days on pages with the attribution script.
  • document_referrer and url — UniqCast; first-party attribution cookies configured for 30 days. Store the referring page and landing URL to help identify how an enquiry reached us. URLs can contain personal data if it is included in their parameters.
  • OrgInfo / Delve AI — an organization-information plugin is configured within the analytics code. The retrieved plugin does not itself write cookies; this does not establish whether all provider functionality is active or cookie-free.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics — installed to measure website visits and selected events. Ahrefs describes this service as cookie-free; no Ahrefs analytics cookie is listed here. Cookie-free analytics still involves sending usage information to a service.

Advertising and sharing technologies

Google Tag Manager is installed to load and manage other tags; the cookies depend on those tags. The published container includes Google Ads remarketing, conversion tracking and conversion-linker tags, Microsoft Advertising event tags, and ShareThis scripts on selected pages. Some older tags are paused. Configured tags are disclosed here without claiming that every tag fires or stores a cookie on every visit.

  • Google Ads may use _gcl_* first-party attribution cookies, including _gcl_au and _gcl_aw, typically for 90 days, and provider-domain advertising cookies. They support ad measurement, attribution and, where enabled and permitted, remarketing. Actual storage depends on consent and ad interaction.
  • Microsoft Advertising may use _uetsid, _uetvid and _uetmsclkid on the website domain, and Microsoft identifiers such as MUID, MR or MSPTC on provider domains, when an active Universal Event Tracking integration runs. Cookie lifetimes depend on the active integration; they were not verified in a browser during this review. Event tags in the container alone do not prove that the base tracking tag is active.
  • ShareThis provides sharing buttons on selected pages and may use identifiers for sharing analytics and advertising-related processing. Its published notice lists _stid (one year), _stidv (ten years), pubconsent (13 months) and st_optout (ten years), among other cookies. These are provider examples, not cookies confirmed on every UniqCast page. The provider’s current notice explains their use and opt-out choices.

Embedded content and other providers

Some pages embed YouTube videos directly or through Embedly. These services receive connection and device information when their content loads and may use cookies or local storage for playback, security, preferences and measurement. Google or YouTube identifiers can depend on whether you are signed in and on your browser’s existing cookies. Examples in Google’s cookie information include YSC (session), __Secure-YNID / VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, and __Secure-YENID / __Secure-YEC (the latter pair normally 13 months). These are provider examples, not a browser-confirmed inventory for this website. The IPTV / OTT TV Daily page also includes a Soro integration; its precise browser-storage behavior was not verified. A performance-monitoring script is configured in the tag manager to report website performance metrics.

Our forms use HubSpot integrations and Google reCAPTCHA. An email-validation service at ipqs.uniqcast.com also checks email addresses entered into relevant forms. An integration or network request is not automatically a cookie, but it may involve processing personal data. Our social profile links lead to external services such as Facebook, X and LinkedIn; their own privacy and cookie notices apply when you visit them.

Third-party processing and updates

Providers may process information outside Croatia and the European Economic Area. Their privacy notices explain their processing, retention and applicable transfer safeguards. A cookie’s expiry is not the same as the retention period for information already sent to a provider. See our Privacy Notice for further information about personal-data processing and your rights.

We review this notice when website integrations or tracking settings change. This version reflects the website code and published tag-manager configuration reviewed on 2 October 2026. A complete browser-based inventory across consent choices, forms and embedded content remains to be verified. Contact info@uniqcast.com with questions or to report a cookie that is not described here.
